There are millions of people over the world working odd hours, night shifts or double shifts. Apart from impacting the body’s natural cycles and metabolism, the biggest issue is how to eat correctly. A balanced diet plan is crucial for all individuals working during odd hours. These are times when we tend to eat unhealthy either due to a lack of availability of the right kind of foods or due to stress. There are some things to keep in mind to maintain a balanced diet plan; whenever you wake up, try and eat something if you have slept for more than 4 to 5 hours at a stretch. Keep healthy snacks in your bag and make sure you eat at least two freshly prepared meals in a day. Avoid tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks and alcohol. This plan has four meals with no timings specified. Any meal could be your first meal or last meal depending on your work schedule. Just ensure there is a 3 to 4 hour gap between meals.
This vegetarian balanced diet plan is good for all healthy women or men who have odd timings or work in shifts and prefer vegetarian food. In case of any health issues you should opt for our customized diet consultation
